We are searching for a very special person for Angel. She is a 14 year old 15 hh mare. We are unsure of her breeding. When we rescued her from New Holland, she was severely starved and terrified. She is a smart, curious, sensitive horse with a deep soul. Although we are unsure of her past we know that she wants to connect and trust.

The perfect person for Angel would be someone with quiet, steady energy who has a solid foundation in natural horsemanship or experience with fearful or timid horses. She really does love being with people and takes comfort in being around those people who can listen and speak her language. Slow and steady is the way to this girl’s heart, but once you are “her person” she rewards your patience with connection and her personality really shines through! She has no physical limitations and can go any direction with the right person.
